Perry definitely has an idea of how insufferable he can be since they've been on road trips before. Usually Perry is driving and he's a big nervous wreck behind the wheel so while Andrei is singing his heart out, Perry has a white-knuckled grip on the wheel, his teeth clenched, and he's driving exactly the speed limit out of fear lmfaooo
(and Andrei would 100 percent name his kid after an artist he loved)

Hi! I’m kinda curious so which character did you come up with first? And have they changed a lot since then? :D
I came up with Perry first! I centered the group around his character for a while until I scrapped that lolol
Funnily enough, he had the biggest change from idea to execution. He and Andrei actually had reverse personalities: Andrei was supposed to be a stern, serious scientist who is always busy and deferred the responsibilities to his son, but Perry was too lazy and focused on video games to be involved. I was going to make him someone who doesn’t care about what happens in the house, who was always zoning out and falling asleep, but it didn’t make sense to his route to do that. Perry’s route has a lot to do with his role in and out of the house, so I needed to make him a character who actually cares. The first version Perry is suppppper different than this Perry lol
I get quite a few asks asking me why he’s the only character with a set gender, and that’s because it didn’t feel right to make him anything than what he is now. I couldn’t imagine him as Andrei’s daughter, the dynamics of son and father felt perfect for the story im trying to tell in Perry’s route !
