#chapter response quick

I'm glad Sanji's attitude to ladies is consistent. I'm curious to see how his inability not to be swayed by a pretty face, even from someone who he knows is going kill him, will play out. 

I liked the tone of this chapter, fluctuating between the humor of rescuing Brook and the tension of Sanji searching for Luffy. (I randomly had feelings about the latter.)

Oh, Hancock. (That cover amused me, I admit it.)

Poor Sanji. It a bit of a variant on Robin’s seastone handcuffs.

I smell something suspicious about the news that Jinbe backed down. It doesn’t feel right, nor like something he would. Also, I somehow liked getting Brook’s pov on the situation.

So Ceasar is basically scamming everyone. I really won’t care if he dies.

Big Mom’s dream is…odd. Forming bonds through marriage isn’t terrible, but why the focus on making everyone gigantic? For that matter, why is she so large? Is she part giant?

Her candy artisan son feels a little yeech to me.

It was really weird to see Capone with a baby. (And is Pekoms dead?)

At first I was confused by what was happening with Luffy, but I think, since last time Luffy was actually Brûlée in disguise, that this is what Luffy’s dealing with.
