I'm sorry, I know I should be very happy about Luffy being one of the Yonko, but I completely forgot about Buggy.

Question, do you think you can take on Luffy after everything's calmed down like this?

Luffy beat Kaido one-on-one, and if you want to discount that by various factors, you'd also be facing all the other straw hats, the samurai of Wano, Yamato, a few other factors.

Love the government freaking out about them using "Nika" Luffy for the poster, and Morgan just ignoring all that for the story.

I am surprised that Luffy is only at 3,000,000,000 berries, though. I'd heard people talking estimates as big as 5 billion before the arc ended.

I think I was thinking it would land on 4 billion, but 3 billion seems fitting, too.

I still stand by the idea that Luffy's final bounty will be 5.6 billion, surpassing Roger and lining up nicely for a Gomu joke.

And I'm pleasantly surprised that Law and Kid got equal bounties to Luffy, I thought the news would spin it so that Luffy got all the credit.

I was a bit off recently. But this was not forgotten. Also didn't want to think too much about Green Bull. He seems like an ass XD

Jokes aside I don't think that he will manage to capture Luffy and someone else, probably Robin.

As I said before there is a tradition of the Strawhats escaping last minute. And I hope that it will happen again. Of course there is no guarantee for it to continue but it happened almost always so far.

I would actually be surprised if Ryokugyu manages to catch him because so far the Marines as an organisation don't seem exactly effective. I mean they do sometimes but then there are moments that just make you wonder how they are still functioning.

Of course the stakes are hardly comparable.

In my other post I said that I hope that Ryokugyu will get distracted by booze, food and women.

Looking back, maybe not food, except for maybe when one of the many beautiful Wano Girls is feeding it to him. Or Nami. Poor girl is a pervert magnet.

But it is also possible that his wish to impress Sakazuki will be what distracts him from his goal. Especially since his way to try to impress the Grand Fleet Admiral is to ignore orders. (???? why ???? dude???)

If you obsess over one goal (catching Luffy in this case) chances are you'll forget your surroundings and that makes you vulnerable. Ryokugyu is incredible strong but so are the pirates. And this time the forces would not be split towards many enemies and can be focused on one enemy until marine reinforcement comes.

So yeah... I don't think he will manage to catch Luffy.

Also there is a theory that he might actually betray the WG as said in an SBS?
