I have this feeling, the show is going to pull the old "step in for FML as a quick stand-in (line rehearsal scene *sweet rising tension*) or make her an extra"... Paralleling yet another moment from their past. CAN WE SURVIVE THAT!!! Seeing them step into the roles of their previous lives, all that weight *1500 yrs worth,* is just a different kind of hurt/tragic. I'm just LIVING for everything this show is serving!!

therapy update
Ik heb vandaag terug een sessie zoveel geweend. De laatste maanden ben ik terug zo gericht op 'ik heb geen trauma' en is er vanalles nieuw aan de bovengrond waardoor therapie terug heel veel vertrouwen zoeken is (en dat is zo kut, om te gaan van veilige cocon naar elkaar terug moeten leren begrijpen). Dat vertrouwen terugvinden dat lukt elke keer wel een beetje, maar dat neemt niet weg dat alles in mij helemaal veranderd lijkt te zijn, mijn hele systeempje heeft nieuwe reacties, andere reacties, ...
Ik weet het allemaal niet meer. Ik weet dat mijn lichaam vies en gevaarlijk voelt. Ik weet dat veiligheid terug een vreemder concept is. Ik weet dat er een stukje in mij is dat vooral terug wilt naar troost kunnen verdragen/ontvangen, naar dat samen voelen en samen dragen. En ik denk dat nog eens kunnen wenen daarbij helpt, maar eigenlijk is het vooral stoom uit de ketel laten (en ik weet gewoon niet hoe dat verdomde deksel terug van de ketel moet).
Meestal heeft mijn therapeut recht na mij een halfuurtje pauze, maar vandaag ging de bel al op het einde van mijn sessie en ik word daar altijd zo door uit mijn element gehaald, dus misschien blijft ik daarom vooral wat pijnlijk alleen achter na de sessie. Een sessie afsluiten kan gewoon (voor mij) niet op dezelfde manier als de volgende al aan het wachten is. En dat voelt altijd zo slecht.
