This is how I look post-workout ( 17 min on the stair machine, 25 on the stationary bike and 10 minutes of yoga stretching). Am I happy no. Am I satisfied, yes that for four days I've done something active. It really is do or die ( die a prisoner to a sick body) use it or lose it. I've stopped eating meat ( still using eggs), I'm drinking the herbal detox tea I brought back from Istanbul. I've stopped eating dairy for the most part because it doesn't agree with me ( last week I finished the delice de borgonne Brie). Yesterday I made some banana bread and ate the rest of it today cause I gave into my craving for something sweet. I don't expect to feel great after only 2.5 weeks but my hips and joints hurt noticeably less. I've been setting my alarm for 6 am. I'm usually awake. I'm edging myself towards getting to the pool at least one morning this week before work. I might have to sleep in my swimsuit. I'm just thinking I give 8 to 9 hours a day to work and others. It's time to give more to myself. #workingoutishard #changingdiet #changinghabits #changinghabitsishard #detox
