Patron original art reward! I was asked for JoJo's Choice, so here's a sketch of Kabe and Muftak, who are among my very favorite "Star Wars" characters!

So yesterday was amazing. Those who have read any of my gaming posts will know I've been doing a Force & Destiny campaign playing a Wookiee Jedi Youngling who is very good at using the Force and knowing obscure bits of knowledge but otherwise is only really good at taking hits for other members of the party. Chalkazza is a nervous, awkward sweet child (who now is turning to substance abuse to cope with the PTSD resulting from Order 66). So when the society decided to run a 20-character all-day campaign, I wanted to play something entirely different. Since the most invaluable member of the Jedi campaign has been our techie character (most missions were us distracting enemies while she got us out of the mess), I wanted an engineer character, and in a complete change to Chal, I picked Ritzi, a tiny Chandra-Fan (3ft tall bat person) saboteur. The first mission, I hid in an imperial star port communications centre and ended up wiping all the planet's TIE fighter data cores, as well as reformatting the entire hard drive of the command centre, before stealing an Imperial shuttle. I basically ran that mission and didn't have to shoot once. I went back to the planet a week of game time later as the only member from the previous party. The security increase was highly amusing. I then managed to help a journalist reveal the Emperor's death to the system before throwing a grenade into the room with the Imperial propaganda agent in it and Triumphed (think critical hit, Nat 20, that sort of thing). At which point the grenade came right back out of the room and blew up in my face and also injured the Wookiee standing next to me. I promptly, near unconsciousness, grab onto his back and he runs away. At which point my right arm is shot off (two critical injuries in one round...) and we only just escaped from the Inquisitor who blew my face up (worst bit was, we had a Jedi on that mission and she didn't notice a thing wrong)... So now kitted out with a cybernetic arm and a horrifically mutilated face, I go off to blow up an Imperial garrison, which was super easy and we escaped with 4 suits of Stormtrooper armour and 6 speederbikes. Then for the final mission I figured I was most use taking down a shield generator on the capital world. We managed to somehow land there and the two who could pass for humans walk down the ramp with me on a stretcher in Stormtrooper armour that is stuffed full of detonator charges. We possibly murderise a doctor, lock down the medbay with a biohazard warning and creep through the ducts before setting the base up to blow. The three of us escape out the sewer system in time to see the shuttle we stole in the first mission careen at full speed across the top of the building (the Jedi and the Wookiee were facing off against the Inquisitor). After checking if the players of those characters were OK with it, arguing with the GM that a shuttle crash and an exploding building would kill ol' Quissy, and calling in uber-GM to agree with me; I blew up the building, killing two PC, a Nemesis, and the entire staff of the facility. Wait for it... I then walk a few kilometres with my guards (I've at this point proven myself to be one of the most useful members of this entire campaign), then take control of a turbo-laser cannon and start shooting the Imperial Star Destroyers overhead to help the space battle mission. In conclusion, my tiny little Ritzi came out with the highest body count (even over the guy who jettisoned a legion of Stormtroopers into space) and was the most injured surviving PC. (Only one other died, besides those in the shuttle, and he went in a glorious suicide mission involving detonating a thermal detonator in his hand and igniting the charges in his backpack). In conclusion, I played the complete opposite to Chal and it was tremendous fun. I don't think I'd be able to play her for a full campaign though, as by that point she'd probably blow herself up eventually. She seems the type...
