We do know that Caedmon and/or Claire have demanded Dory as liaison to the Blarestri. And those are the only Fae that the vamps have a treaty with, right? And with plans being made to invade Faery, that has to be important. ?

excellent points @kathleengreshamtx ! Especially since Dory does also come to an uneasy truce with Aesbraend (sp?) I am leaning towards her getting the Liasons position. She is also on good terms with Caedmon. And while the vamps may not like having her in a position of power, as a Dhampir it might show some goodwill on working with others during this war. And oh god, can you imagine her meeting the circle? Possibly Caleb, definitely Jonas, MAYBE PRITKIN?? Oooh.
I’m torn about L-C, I have cute headcanons for whichever position he gets.
(Treasurer: Dory teases him about being a desk jockey, nerd; historian: dory teases him about being a nerd, indiana jones, but he secretly starts researching dhampir and vampire laws to help dory and busts out random trivia at the best time to support her when she inevitably starts to help either the vamps or the outcasts; weapons master: this is the one I want him to have most, because he’ll be good at it, but also can you imagine dory trying to get him to sneak her items, or visiting him at work and trying to steal items and he has a long suffering sigh and distracts her with massages and sass until they clock out for the day)
