The Week That Was 12.3.12-12.9.12
12.3.12 - 6.55m @ 9:03 - Easy 6+ miles with some hils mixed in. Balmy 49 deg temps in December. Love it!!!
12.4.12 - 8.25m @ 8:47 - Gen. Aerobic 8+m with a mile or so on the Cburg HM course.
12.5.12 - SRD with a 30min spin and strength/core
12.6.12 - 8.75m @ 8:53 - Gen. Aerobic run just short of 9 miles. Got in a decent amount of hills thruout run as has been par for the course the last weeks since Harrisburg. kept run nice and easy at a steady comfortable pace.
12.7.12 - 4.05m @ 8:52 - 6 miles on the schedule, but raining too hard to run in rain with no races on immediate schedule. Put 30min in on spin bike and rain had stopped with enough time to get at least 4 miles in. 4m better than 0m.:)
12.8.12 - 10.75m @ 8:37 - 10.75m Gen. Aerobic run with 3m out and back on the Cburg HM course. Picked up pace some on HM course with the rolling hills. First 5m 43:34 8:43 pace/last 5m 8:27. last 0.75 easy going home. First run on course with 3 months till race. So stoked to crush this race in March!
12.9.12 - 13.15m @ 8:49 - 13.1m run with more than half of run on what I consider the toughest part of Cburg HM course. Found short-cut to HM course from the house. Legs feeling really good a month post-Harrisburg.
51.5 miles for the week building upon last week. Getting mileage back up to levels I like. 3 weeks to go for Daniels 5k-15k Phase I. Going to start adding in some lite quality next week with some strides and fartleks. Running really good with Cburg just 3 months away.
