Well 💩! I think the temp hit 80°F in a couple spots on the #rmlt this morning!! Helllllooo February I missed you!! Something I noticed this morning was that I sweat a little more below my injury level compared to a year ago. Vegas has been so good for my overall health and SCI recovery. We won’t count that ambulance 🚑 ride to ER last year...cuz I knew what was wrong. To my paracycling peeps I found a cool tire lever @mcghieslv from @crankbrothers that may be of interest to you in your tire/tube changing shenanigans. Granted two working hands or feet are preferred. Maybe hook a prosthetic on or tape the bad hand/stub or a friends hand. I drop everything thanks to some sweet quad grip, especially when changing tires. My favorite is when I fling those plastic things across the room right when I need it most.
