Chainmail is probably my favorite art medium at the moment. I actually got into it in 2012 around Halloween. Friends of mine were having a Game of Thrones themed Halloween party. I was to be Joffery Baratheon. In making my costume (and yes, I handmade the costume along with a hand carved crown) I wanted to incorporate some chainmail. I was a novice at the time to I used simple (and weak) copper wire. It worked for the time being but that small little part of the costume sparked my interest enough that three years later I am still making things out of chainmail.
Of course now, I am using better material and have much more knowledge of what im doing. Anything I make is up for sale and custom requests are very welcome. Here are some examples of my work.
The dragons are my favorite and my best sellers. Along with aluminum I also work with stainless steel.
