Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1/4 cup molasses. 1/4 cup chai tea concentrate. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Chai buttercream frosting store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the vegetable oil, brown sugar, molasses, chai tea concentrate, and egg together in a bowl using a whisk. You can mix the flour, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are well mixed. It will be smooth after you add the milk and vanilla extract. Place spoonfuls of batter on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between each cookie. The cookies are done when they are set and have a little golden color around the edges. On a wire rack, take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool all the way down. Let the cookies cool down. Then, put a lot of chai buttercream frosting on the flat side of one cookie and put another cookie between them. To make the ginger chai whoppie pies, do this again with the rest of the cookies. Serve these tasty ginger chai whoppie pies and enjoy them!
