All right, Oda. You don't have to rub it in
Generally speaking I like this volume cover a lot, but it has the extra distinction of being one of the few times I like how Oda's drawn Dragon's nose
Is this accurate to the Japanese? Was Luffy literally born at Windmill Village? That'd have some interesting implications to who his mom might be.
Also, I love that Oda reused his cow design from chapter one. This is almost identical to the first panel we see after Roger's execution

In many ways Sabo has the opposite problem Ace does, and it's nice to see that Luffy (and Ace) offer him the exact same uncomplicated acceptance
I think Goa Kingdom is the location that has the highest ratio of Oda Boxes to screen time in the entire series
Oda is rarely very subtle with his metaphors, but man this one hits a little too close to home
