Mmm, the Wheel of Fortune tarot card could mean good luck and change for the better and that could fit with the situation for the CCG members fighting Owl. But it also representsĀ represents karma and that āwhat goes around comes aroundā. That could fit depending on how their battle unfolds (maybe we'll see in future chapters)
The 10 in the lightning is not obvious, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it could be a tarot card for now.Ā

It's possible that Kaneki was captured but like I said before, I'm not sure. It's also possible that he was left alone in V14.
I don't think Hide will appear again to save Kaneki. He has already saved Kaneki once, and Hide himself is probably injured if he had let Kaneki eat his own flesh.
The appearance of Chariot and Hermit tarot cards also suggested that Kaneki will be alone in his battle.

After reading 141 spoilers.... what do you think Arima did with kaneki? Cause the cut on his cheek could only come from Kaneki
Yes, the cut on his cheek was from Kaneki, we saw it in ch. 140 too.
I'm not sure either. Arima could have brought him to the CCG or left him there (though I find it unlikely that Arima would just leave Kaneki alone, but who knows).
I still don't know Arima well enough.
