Okey, this is... boding. Kind of like foreboding, but as it has now happened in the manga, I’ll just call it boding.

Things have gone very well so far. Although there has been setbacks (the arrival of Perospero, the loss of Kin’emon &co, Sanji getting caught up, etc.), things have gone a little too well. I’ll go out on a limb and say that we are nearing the dramatic/tragic climax of this arc.

Will Hyogoro make it? Probably, it’s still a shonen where Oda so far has abstained from showing a lot of current death, but we don’t know. Maybe Chopper won’t be done in time. Maybe Hyogoro turns and has to be put down. Maybe something else happens.
