Phil loves to play with littles! He makes everything into a game to motivate littles into doing boring things like cleaning up or getting dressed! He loves showing littles how to play card games with him or play dates!

Phil is an amazing cook, he loves making meals and special snacks for anyone who asks for them!

He knows better than to let anyone smaller than him into the kitchen.

He does give warnings, scoldings, and timeouts, but if you say sorry and behave yourself you get forgiven! Hugs and kisses and lots of praise!

Phil takes in littles as part of his flock, having to imprint onto them and clean them up! Braiding hair, cuddles, and play time are very important to him as a hybrid. Phil has a very big case of bird brain each and every time someone regresses when he's close. He wants to keep each little close and make them feel as safe as possible.

Phil's favourite nicknames for littles are crow, chickpea, little raven, and hatchling!

Phil is an emergency caretaker, with his wings, he can get to and from places quicker. He does his best to protect all the regressors on the server, not letting people curse or fight near them.

He is a lot of people's babysitter or caretaker, so he's used to having babies babble to him or little kids tell him about their days!

Phil happily accepts people calling him dad, papa, or momma! He just wants to make sure that everyone's happy and comfortable with him!

Phil helped with the making of the Little's Laws. He knew about age regression from his years alive and traveling the worlds and realms. He heard about it from his HardCore lands, villagers, netherfolk, and enderbeings telling him all he wanted to know. He's been a caretaker for years, but finally got a group of littles he could protect with all his heart when he joined the SMP.

All littles are taught to be very careful with Phil's wings, to not grab or bite them at all. Of course, some kids misbehave, so Phil sometimes has to use a wing cover or keep his wings tucked away when some littles are around or misbehaving!

Even then, he likes to wrap littles in his wings. He does it a lot of the time to calm down after tantrums and crying or to get ready for bed.

He makes clothes for littles, selling them to caretakers and babysitters! They are free if you ask nicely and are small!

He’s in charge of taking care of sick littles sometimes, he’s known for his magic abilities to make all ouchies go away!
