Meowdy! I'm Sy, I'm a writer, and my current interest is probably in one of the tags under this. It fluctuates so much, and in the 20 years I've been online, I've always failed to update these whenever my corvid brain finds a new shiny. So I'm leaving up to you, kind stranger.
My life updates are under #life w sy, my writing is #sy writes, and asks are under #ask sy. If I'm wrong pls let me know.
I have a cat named Avie, a dog named Razzle, and a vessel that requires frequent and extensive upkeep.
I'll change this image on a whim to keep the attention of newcomers because that sounds fun. Cat time.

Edit: oh my stars there's actually a tag cap? I never knew. π«₯
60,000 compiled words for Case Files. I have a novel's worth of work done on my... novel.
I'm full of warms and, also, fuzzies.

Conservation areas were vast swathes of humanless nature. Trees of pine and birch yearned for the sky, leaving enough gaps for underbrush and foliage to flourish amidst the local fauna. Squirrels and chipmunks holed up in trees, martens hunting atop their homes like some twisted musteline Santa Claws. Countless birds perched on branches and in bushes, some wheeling overhead in languid, effortless spirals while they rode the streams higher.
Where no humans go was the best place to hide a murder. No other animals in the wild would care about a dead human, after all. Simply another cadaver to feed the creatures, the soil, the flowers.
