Yes free, after you fill and complete the appropriate Professional certification form...verified by a certified professional. :D All calls are monitored by a third party that dictates the conversation to a computer (most likely recording all data received) via Dragon Voice recognition software (which isn't good at capturing vocal inflection). This software then, in turn, translates the third party's dictation of your conversation into READABLE text for you to read! What's not to like?
