- By InnoNurse Staff -
Roper Technologies has announced its agreement to acquire CentralReach, a healthcare technology company, from Insight Partners for approximately $1.65 billion.
CentralReach specializes in providing cloud-based software and services that assist therapists working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Roper's CEO, Neil Hunn, stated that CentralReach aligns with the company's acquisition criteria, highlighting its niche market leadership, high recurring revenue, and potential for organic growth and margin expansion under Roper's ownership.
The acquisition is expected to close by April or May 2025, pending regulatory approval. CentralReach is projected to contribute approximately $175 million in revenue and $75 million in EBITDA for the 12 months ending June 30, 2026.
This move follows Roper's 2024 acquisitions of cloud-based software providers Procare Solutions and Transact Campus, reflecting the company's ongoing strategy to strengthen its portfolio in the healthcare and education technology sectors.
