fuuuck this one was too good. i don't have anything funny to say.
i used soft rolls, sliced avocado, white cheese, and onions. recipes i saw varied, basically just being "a fried cutlet of some kind", so i breaded and fried thin-cut pork. I also saw steak and chicken used. steak would be hard to get right, but i could see fried chicken cutlets being really really good.
the crispiness of the pork and the smoothness of the avocado blended beautifully together into a lovely blend of savory and salty, muting the bite of the onion and bringing out the richness of the cheese. the mouthfeel? outta this world. really sad i'm not eating another one right now.
