(FAUN - "Cernunnos")
Well, since I have touched my watercolors not once for at least half a year, I figured it really was time to use them again. I totally love the organic feel they give to a piece, but since I have very little experience with the medium I still tend to go for copic markers instead. But for this piece I decided to finally step out of my comfort zone, not only because of the watercolors, but also because this was my first time working with leaf gold. And I have to admit, I'm super happy with the result, even tho applying it was a huge mess and the smell of the adhesive made me gag XD I'm also kind of in love with my little snake ornament at the bottom, which I constructed referencing a book by George Bain, the master of Celtic artwork himself :D
