Ever since the Ball Celine had kept to herself. It was all too much, and she hated every feeling going through her. A stupid dare, really gave her head a spin. So, she took some time with her Son, and kept away. Even working for Adam she avoided any corner he might be lurking in, but today she wasn’t as sneaky as she rounded a corner and found him. Putting her best face forward she puffed some hair from her face. “Hey! I feel like I haven’t seen you in ages dear.” || @masterofhisfate​

Celine knocked softly upon his door before poking her head in with a smile upon her face. “Hi stranger, have a second?” She asked softly as she stepped inside and closed the door. It was a welcoming lightness on her chest to not have to worry so horribly over Adam these days. That ... wasn’t saying much given she knows he carried a great deal to himself, but he had a special someone. That alone brought sparks to anyone. Celine knew Belle was tough enough to handle anything Adam could toss her way. “I just wanted to talk about decoration ideas for the holiday around here. You can’t stop me... but I’ll give you the chance to speak what you’d like.” She added with a teasing smile. || @masterofhisfate​

“I know Blaise is going to be all over cooking everything, but is there anything special you enjoy? I at least want to make one dish for Thanksgiving and I figured it could be something you’re looking forward to the most. Even if it’s dessert.” She added with a grin. Celine always made an effort to ask the boys their favorite so she could have it there for them. And well, taking care of them in little acts of service like this was the least she could do when they were always doing things for chip. “Also, hows everything been? You and Belle looked rather adorable at the party.” || @masterofhisfate

Thankfully she hasn’t heard any fits of anger, nor has Adam showed up at her door a mess. Which lead Celine to believe things were running smoothly for him, and she had Belle to thank for that. It had been awhile though since she truly checked in on him. It was just a part of Celine she didn’t know how to shut off when it came to checking in on her boys, even at a party like this. “Adam..” She greeted as she walked up, a drink in hand. “I’m rather surprised and happy to see you here. It’s nice to see you getting out and about. How have you been?” || @masterofhisfate​

“Please tell me you’re not really going to be a father already right?” Celine had meant to ask the boys about this, but with the bonfire she didn’t want to bring up something so touchy. Perhaps it was all meant to be secret, not something they were all ready to tell people. Though with the festivities behind them, she couldn’t help herself not from asking. “Not that I worry you’d be anything far from an incredible one.” She quickly added with a small smile. Celine had watched Adam for nearly a decade being one of Chips fathers. Uncle didn’t feel like enough of a title for everything he had done for not only her, but her son as well. “Besides, with the whole curse.. thing. I mean we should get that figured out before we start bringing tiny humans out and about.” Nervously she added with a small smile. || @masterofhisfate​

“Adam?” Celine had finished up most of her to-do list around the estate today, but the last thing she needed to check off was seeing Adam. The last time she had spoken to him, an old flame was burning against a scar. “Are you busy?” She asked already letting herself in regardless of the question. Over the years she’d become far too comfortable in knowing he was always kind and gentle with her. Taking a seat with a warm smile she narrowed her eyes a bit taking him in. “Well I was going to ask if you were doing alright, but you seem to be almost glowing with some sort of emotion I haven’t seen in quite sometime, dear.” || @masterofhisfate​

“All right tough guy, think you can win one of those big stuffed bears?” She asked with a small laugh. “I would love to say I have what it takes, but I’ve been trying and it’s not working all that well for me. Biggest punch line here is Chip really wants one, and will be very happy to have it. Second, I think you could use a little fun.” She stated beaming up at him. Adam was always so serious, but she knew the moment he allowed himself just a little bit to have fun, maybe he’d see the light she was always telling him he had. || @masterofhisfate​
