Turtle Bay had always been home to Celal and his brothers. He always loved being by the beach as he was a kid that was always in the water. He was either swimming, but something that he learned how to do in his teenage years was to surf. He had a buddy who taught him how to do it and he loved it so much, but knew that there were certain expectations that his parents held him and his siblings to. He eventually gave it up but yearned for it ever since.

Celal worked hard on his academics and did what his father wanted him to do and that was to become something important like a lawyer, doctor, etc. He went to school, went to law school and ended up becoming a criminal lawyer.

While in college though, he had gotten into the world of partying and word had gotten out to his father and the next break when he was home, his father had punished him like he was a little kid but was a bit more violent with it since Celal was older and he wanted to make sure that it only had to be addressed one time. Celal's father had "punished" him and sent him back to school so that nobody else would know about it, not even his mother.

This fucked with Celal for a bit and that's when he realized he was going to do everything that he could to make his dad proud so he became all about school and not disappointing him, but he missed Cemal and he felt like he needed to be there for him. It got so bad to the point that he starting playing devil's advocate for Cemal, his older brother Tarken and their father.
