I ended up sleeping on the floor for 3 days and it was fine, I slept well. It's not going to change your life and heal all your ills like the lifestyle influencers say, but it might be worth trying a firmer mattress if you have back pain. Or if you just want to try it! Free will is fun because you can just do things.
