second of all i’ve been thinking about your biology hcs, specifically the bit about his habit of drooling and I have something to add:

ok so dog saliva has mild antibacterial properties that prevent infection and aid in would healing, so I think that Czarnian saliva can do something similar! (we see in fragtastic voyage that his tongue and teeth are quite doglike) Maybe Czarnians salivate as a stress response and it’s like their bodies ‘preparing’ for possible injury! Additionally, licking wounds can help clear the area of dirt and debris, meaning that when Lobo gets an injury, his first impulse is to lick it clean, but since he doesn’t usually have time to stop and do that in the middle of fights, he just kinda drools all the time lol.

It also carries angst potential 👀 like if you’re injured and stranded somewhere, perhaps? I can see him looking down at you with droopy ears like “c’mon you gotta hang in there :( i’m gonna find somebody and make ‘em fix you”

And he has no idea how to comfort people so the only thing he can think to do is lick your scrapes and hopefully make it hurt a tiny bit less AUGHHH

Jonas gets so so angry because none of this even matters. Not only is Lobo enjoying this, but he’ll come back like nothing happened because he’s a fucking cockroach Jonas just cannot escape. He won’t even have a scar once this is over. Jonas absolutely enraged, digging his thumbs into the wound and strangling Lobo and slamming his head against the headboard screaming at him to just fucking die already. Lobo grinning, gasping for air, whispering “come on, jonas, just a little more, i’m almost there.”

Also I think he likes to be very warm despite running very warm himself (at least compared to a human’s resting temperature) (native to a desert environment). He’ll be like “hmm im kinda chilly” and pull up the blankets over you guys. Meanwhile you’re sweating like it’s summer in Arizona and you left your hand fan at home.
