Doctors appointment: PSA
Today I went to the doctors to do a mental health evaluation and learned that the problems I have been struggling with are in fact real. For the longest time I was convinced that my problems weren’t valid because people out there have it way worse than I do, but after discussing a lot with my doctor I learned that no matter what you matter. I do not have an official diagnosis yet but they do suspect I have a personality disorder of some type so great for me woohoo!!😂 but atleast I’m getting help.
Confession: I hide it a lot. I hide how I’m doing and how I’m feeling from so many people and now I’m speaking up. I’ll admit it sometimes I’m not okay and by sometimes I mean a majority of the time. Relationships of all kind are for me, my self esteem has gone down drastically because of not being able to find a job, I cry a lot, I’ve punched walls and had mental breakdowns, I stay up until 5am most nights, and I always eat too much or not enough. Life is hard for everyone in a way, it will never be a walk through the park but that’s what makes it worth it. If you are struggling with anything weather it be a physical illness, mental illness, or just a rough patch in your life remember that as long as you keep fighting it’ll get better. Maybe not now but at some point. ❤️ write something nice in the comments to make others days just a bit better.
