Dear Sims 3 Community,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is [Your Name or Username], and I'm a passionate Sims 3 player with a deep love for medieval and fantasy aesthetics. I'm currently working on a historical/fantasy-themed neighborhood and am in desperate need of custom content to bring my vision to life. I'm reaching out to skilled creators in the community who might be interested in collaborating or taking on commissions to produce the following items based on the reference images I've attached (or described below for clarity).

Please note that many of these reference images are from Sims 4 custom content created by incredibly talented creators. I'd like to give proper credit where it's due: On the first moodboard, item 2 is by @sulsulzukohere, item 3 by @littledovesz, items 7, 19, and 20 by @simstoricalish, items 16 and 17 by @bellevalentim, and items 21 and 22 by @sulsulzukohere. I'm hoping to adapt similar styles and designs for Sims 3—your expertise in porting or recreating these would be amazing!

1. Clothing: Medieval/Fantasy Dresses

A collection of elegant, flowing gowns inspired by medieval and Renaissance styles. These should include variations in colors and details as shown in the references:

Brown/earthy toned dress with laced bodice and full skirt (front view of a woman with curly hair).

White gown with long sleeves and subtle embroidery.

Pink/orange flowing dress with layered skirts.

Green velvet-style gown with fitted bodice.

Blue dress with intricate gold detailing and a high collar.

Teal/cyan gown with fantasy elements like ethereal sleeves.

These should be for adult female Sims, with options for everyday, formal, or party wear. High-poly meshes for realism would be ideal, along with proper LODs and textures.

2. Accessories: Jewelry and Headpieces

Ornate jewelry to complement the dresses, including:

Gold necklaces with gemstone pendants (e.g., ruby or emerald styles).

Elaborate crowns and tiaras in silver and gold, featuring floral or gem motifs.

Circlets and headbands with intricate filigree and jewels.

Earrings and brooches in matching medieval designs.

References include veiled headdresses, pearl necklaces, diamond crowns, and fantasy-inspired pieces like those with purple or green accents.

3. Interior Objects and Decor

A variety of medieval-themed furniture and decor to furnish castles, manors, or fantasy homes:

Statues of figures (e.g., marble-like busts or full-body sculptures).

Arched windows and doorways with stained glass effects (green-tinted panels).

Ornate mirrors and wall hangings.

Floral garlands, chandeliers, and gothic arches.

Wedding-style elements like veils, dresses on mannequins, and decorative urns.

These should integrate seamlessly into Sims 3 builds, with appropriate shadows, animations where possible, and compatibility with base game or common expansions (e.g., World Adventures or Late Night).

4. Mod: Replacing Glasses with Medieval Goblets

A simple mesh replacement mod to swap out modern wine glasses or drinking goblets in the game with authentic medieval-style chalices or tankards.

The new models should feature engraved metal designs, jewel inlays, and a rustic yet elegant look (think goblets from a feast hall).

I am a great admirer of your work for The Sims 3, and I was hoping you might be willing to consider a custom content project.

I am looking for talented creators to bring some original, ornate headpieces and jewelry to The Sims 3, inspired by the aesthetic on the first reference board. Additionally, I’m hoping to have some specific items converted from The Sims 4:

Item 1: A dress originally by @simstoricalish for TS4.

Item 2: Clutter/decor by @sims4clutterchaos for TS4.

Item 3: Item by @vilachi-sims for TS4.

Item 4: Item by @laurandir for TS4.

Item 14: Item by @shandir for TS4.

I need to be completely transparent about my situation: due to a chronic health condition, I am currently unable to offer payment for commissions, and unfortunately, my health is unlikely to improve significantly in the near future.

I understand that creating custom content, especially intricate designs and conversions from multiple sources (original art, TS4 items), requires a lot of skill, time, and effort. I completely understand if you are unable to take on this project. However, if you are drawn to these aesthetics, looking for a creative challenge, or would like to help a fellow simmer who is going through a difficult time, I would be incredibly grateful for any assistance, even with just a few of the items.

Boards 1 & 2: These contain items (crowns and cloaks) from Crusader Kings III that I would love to see converted for The Sims 3.

Board 3: This board features some original fantasy designs that I am looking to have created. However, please note that item #9 on this board (a set of decor) was originally created for The Sims 4 by an unknown author. I would be very grateful if this specific decor item could also be considered for conversion.
