As a very big fan of your CC merger I got carried away with my excitement and merged some files that I now find are conflicting with another file I have lol. It's not a huge deal but is it possible to unmerge, merge files? Or even see what is in a merged file to know what's inside?
I've added the option to log the contents of merged files for cases like this. It's not the most intuitive way, but it should help :)

And what experiences do you have in general about CC merging? Like changes in loading times, and the game reliability...

Nope, unless you know what files each unmerged package consisted of so you can unmerge the file manually with SimPE
Can you add new files to files that have been merged? Or is it not recommended?
Yup, it's the exact same result as if you had merged them together in the first place.
Hey Lazy, me again 😁 First of all, I want to say that I LOVE your cc merger and with that tool I merged a monstrosity of unorganized clothing CC which reduced me 15 minutes of loading screen. But I noticed sometimes those merged files tend to 'break' and when I come to broken part of merged cc, it crashes. Is that normal and can it be fixed anyhow?

Yeah there's some CC that tends to break when merged, I have no idea why at the moment. The way CCMerger works, ingame it should be the same way as if the packages were unmerged functionality wise... yet random things break.
So yeah, it happens sometimes, no idea how to fix it at the moment. The customizable file/size limits were put there so that it merges less things, minimizing the chance of things breaking.

Hi! CCMerge anon again (sorry!) - I've been using your tool to bundle my CC folder by folder. It's a great program, and I've already cut down the total # of packages in my Download by a lot. However, it intermittently throws me error messages, and when I check the log I'm unable to see where the problem is. I usually use the 100/1000 default setting, but when this happens I try 90/900 or 80/800, but it mkes no difference. I'm unable to distinguish any pattern leading to this. 1/2

It looks like it's failing to read a specific package but then it says that it merged everything so I'm confused.
