"What's up?" Tony asked as he walked back-stage. How he got back there, who knows. "Why are you here? You go up in a few minutes."
Clint was running his hands through his hair; his nerves frantic; but he looked up at Tony.
"It's Nat. She can't make it."
Tony felt a chill trail his spine at the words. Nat never missed a show.
"She's okay!" Clint added quickly, seeing the fear in the other man's eyes, "She's at the hospital, hurt her leg… But, can't really do a duet without my partner."
"I'll do it. I know the dance."

[Prompt]Clint & Nat are dance partners and they have a show tonight, when Nat calls last minute saying she can't make it due to a minor leg injury, Clint all but gives up on their dance. The show had already started, a few dances already have taken place, they can't really reschedule. Tony, one of Nat's best friends, who Clint was just getting to know, offers to do the dance in her place. Clint knows he can dance, but Tony is a hip hop dancer... That isn't even close to ballet. But he agrees anyways, go hard or go home, right. Clint fully expected a disaster, maybe Nat would get a laugh out of it; what he didn't expect was how well Tony could dance and the chemistry between them he couldn't ignore.
