This video is the second time I did it in a row! It should be said after preps for this transition, the first one of these ended on my face with quite the shiner. I’ll carry that quick lesson learned- I refused to end there & feel bad for myself. Instead my type “A” ass stood back up & said if i’m gonna take a fall like that; I’m not leaving here till I nail this! After viewing this I thought: I did it! Next, why didn’t we video from front? Why didn’t I find a bathroom that was open? Why didn’t I engage my core more? The answer was to stop asking myself these things & to practice self-acceptance: I got back up, said let’s do this. Next time I’ll get a better angle; I’ll use the bathroom & I’ll engage all my core but today I’ll live in gratitude.
