To the person with the light-headedness. Do you drink enough (water) and eat enough salted things? Because I used to not do that enough/still struggle with that and I also felt very dizzy and lightheaded some time ago and thought it was just my anxiety telling me there was something wrong with me while there actually wasn't. But when I finally went to the doctor it appeared that due to my poor drinking my blood pressure was way too low and my doctor was surpised I could even stand up!
So if you don't drink enough, please try and drink some more water each day. It really doesn’t have to be much more for your body to get better. Just like half a liter of water extra per day can do great things.
