YELLOW | seven facts about my childhood 01 erm i was a weird kid?? like for years i had this alternate identity: i was jennifer, superspy. jennifer could fight crime and walk underwater and travel in outer space. she was everything i still aspire to be.02 i was That Kid who read all the time, like sometimes i would lock myself in the bathroom and my parents assumed i was showering or whatever but really i was reading03 when i was very little i confused the words ‘unicorn’ and ‘uniform’ and no one corrected me bc they found this so amusing04 i hung out with the cousins closest to me in age who were all boys, so i played with lego and g.i. joes a lot and whenever people gave me barbies i took their heads off and threw them in a cupboard05 um?! okay when i was like four my parents took me with them on a trip to europe and i still remember a lot of it very vividly, like the time i took a sip out of what i thought was a can of orange juice, but it turned out to be beer06 i’m still best friends with my childhood friend from kindergarten :’)07 i did karate as an extracurricular when i was about six and one time when we were changing into our robe thingies my friend’s sash fell into the toilet and after that we all switched to arts & crafts instead
