Remember these two downtown Canton murals? I painted them in 2010 and 2011. Both are in great need of being refurbished. People have offered to contribute to a campaign to raise funds for the refurbishing process, but I have waited to build a campaign until I had a plan. Guess what? I now have a plan!!! I have a group of high school students who want to help me do this as a community project. They also are busy helping me design a new mural to go on an exterior wall by my studio. These students are amazingly talented, and they show how persons with disabilities can do incredible things. These guys are the coolest cats in town!!! A grant from @artpossibleohio is helping make this project possible, and we are VERY grateful!We will need more funds to cover material costs, however, and we hope you will help us with that. Any little bit will help, and it will let you be a part of the process. Stay tuned. I’ll be putting a crowd fund campaign together this week, and I hope to launch it soon!
