if he could say how out of it he really was tonight, if it were really up to him, kieran wouldn’t have opened tonight. just to get a bit of quiet for once, but someone’s gotta pay the bills, especially since the male had basically lived above his bar, it was a good and bad thing. the good thing was that, the landlord had basically allowed the male to live in the apartment upstairs, but the bad was that he would charge the male twice as much the rent and utilities due to the fact that he owned the bar below and needed someplace close to keep an eye on a few things until they got proper security for the location. kieran didn’t really hear anything as he zoned out. it wasn’t until the sound of someone trying to get his attention that he snapped back into reality. the immediate sound of his bar being as busy as usual began to echo within his ears. “yeah, sorry what can i get you?” he questioned before placing his palm on the top of the counter top. 

to say that he had missed her would have been a grave understatement. his phone was filled with photos and texts from her and her alone. when he wasn’t on set, he was on call with her, asking about every dull detail about her day. isaac was still wearing that damn set make up when he picked her up at the airport, but he didn’t have time to fuss about with that right now, his girl was waiting for him. he was sure she’d told him to meet her there. isaac spun round on his heels looking for her, wondering if maybe she’d taken a trip to one of the shops in usual ivy fashion to spend her endless supply of cash. right when he spotted her, his face nearly split with how wide his damn smile had been. he really had missed her. “i was beginning to wonder if you’d missed your flight...”

          “ i would be perfectly okay with never seeing a human being ever again after today. ” sloane slumps over onto the couch, kicking her shoes off one at a time before exhaling a big, angry huff. maybe she’s being dramatic, but she’s earned the right to be. “ customer service is the fucking worst, man. i’m gonna rip my own head off if i have to deal with another guest yelling at me about the water pressure, which is completely out of my control, mind you! ”

━ the gala was boring. as these events always had the tendency to be. good cause and all, he still hated being forced to these things by his parents. 'we have to be a united front, lucas', 'family is the most important'. first of all, their family was nothing of the sort - only on the outside. secondly, he hated being called lucas. the truth was, luke longed for the days when he was younger and could actually spend majority of the year off at boarding school. things had only gone from bad to worse in his adult life and so he yearned for those days regardless. besides his parents weren’t saints. they 'supported' things that they could benefit most from, not things that actually mattered to them. spotting the brunette sitting across the large round table, he knew who she was. they all did, whether they spoke or not. she had gotten kicked out of the boarding school he went to. "hey, wanna get out of here?" luke called over to her.

‘ you see the way she just looked at you dude ? ‘ justin grins as he nudges his friend in the rib cage , brown eyes following the crowd of girls as they make their way past them . ‘ i think i knew one of em , i can go get her number for ya . ‘

                               the sun  GLARING  through the blinds served as a wake up call for rowan, face twisted into a wince as he blinked his eyes slowly through the light. it was unusual for him to be waking with a  h a n g o v e r  of such epic proportions; not typically the one to drink so heavily, more often than not the designated driver of the friend group -- but this was  VEGS  . there was no need for designated drivers here, and he'd seen little harm in  l e t t i n g  his hair down ( so to speak ). unfortunately, he was already beginning to regret that decision, despite having only been awake for mere seconds. " ugh. " rowan heaved out a grown, WINCE  only deepening as he  f o r c e d   himself into a seated position, the room spinning around him. the  SYMPTOMS  of a hangover may not have been frequently experienced on his part, but he knew them well enough -- fumbling across the bed blindly to try and locate his cell, digits froze as they brushed across something warm, head twisting rapidly as  REALISATION  dawned on his face; unable to prevent the curse from  l e a v i n g  him at an alarming volume as eyes settled on a familiar face, " oh, shit ! "
