Konoha had lost a bet. Kano said he had to wear glasses for the entire day if the android lost a staring contest with him, but Konoha's side of the bet was kind of pathetic. He had never done a bet before so he said that Kano would have to go without eating for an hour, though Konoha didn't know that. He took the glasses from Kano and out them on. Of course Kano got the glasses that were so strong you could barely see anything if you had perfect vision. So when he put them on, Kano turned into a blurry black figure, and since Konoha had never had this kind of thing before, he reached out and put his hand on Kano's head, clearly confused.
