The young man was crossing his arms and looking at Abby like she was an alien.“Ahhh perhaps that doesn’t sound right,you know?I gotta change that.”Quickly, he took the paper from her hands and tried to rewrite the lyrics she just had read out loud. They just sounded stupid. Writing songs without Piper or Mark was so hard and the event was coming soon. Perhaps it wasn’t wrong to ask Yujin for a text? Couldn’t hurt....Maybe it wasn’t the text but Abbys bright and happy attitude that ruined a little. She was so innocent...letting her read any other text out loud would be a sin.“Dang that’s hard. I’m such a bad boyfriend,man..”Kyle scratched his head in disappointment. Couldn’t be too hard to come up with a good gift for his boyfriend here,right?“Hnggg..”With a loud groan he banged his head on the table and a few melancholy moans just followed. He wasn’t rich, sadly, or else he would buy Nick like..the frigging world. Nick probably had half of the world already...Though...he liked the last song that Kyle had written for him...with Mark together. “I wish I had enough money to buy...urg..a few flowers...take him out for dinner..or being able to fucking cook all by myself...But I’ve got nothing. I wonder why he is even with me..”An uncomfortable feeling was filling his stomach. The man avoided to think about the bad things since he had been thrown out by his mother. Money was short and Nick always came up with super amazing things out of the blue. Snow was just amazing...“Do you have an idea what I can get for Snow?...I don’t think I’ll be able to finish that song in time.”

They remembered what happened last time when they just gently brushed his shoulder. He fucking punched them in the face and Yujin was sitting there, feeling the taste of iron filling their mouth. The blood was dripping from their chin and confusion was all over their face. This freckled devil had punched them for that simple gesture. So now, Yujin just glared at him. Not that they dared to get punched again, it was an accident and Yujin didn’t want to rile Percy up, nor cause another fight between this guy and Jack. The world had enough fights already.“So...you gonna punch me again for accidentally brushing against you. Try it, but this time you probably have to deal with me and nobody else.”It was no secret that the korean hated fighting in general. Not the little sparing matches between them and Mark or the competitions. Unnecessary fights between them and some random young man who thought a punch would solve all his problems. One things they never expected from anyone was that other people instantly liked Yujin. There was never a problem for them to make friends even if Yujin didn’t like the person very much, there was always a way to get along. However, Percy..he was totally different. Hard to like at all or to get along with. He didn’t seem to bother getting to know anyone or understand anyone. Granted, maybe a lot of shit happened in his life and he was just angry but Yujin couldn’t smell that,right?There he was, the prick himself, assuming that everybody would bend to his will whenever he threatened people with his fist. Physical fighting, that was what Percy was good at.“You just try me, Percy I don’t care if you punch me in the face, I’ve had other people break my limbs and punch me harder than you ever can.”Not bad,Yujin. For once they seemed a little more intimidating. One thing was sure, Percy would get physical again,Yujin would go home again with a broken nose or something else and they KNEW what would happen if this repeated itself. Just..a little worse. In fact, they probably saved Percy a lot of trouble now.“C’mon. Try me. This won’t make you feel any better at night though.”

[11:34pm]”Listen,you brought it on yourself. I tried to get between the two of you but you didn’t stop throwing punches. You gotta realize that if you mess with him, you’ll also mess with me.[11:40pm]”I did not like pinning you down but you didn’t leave me any choice. I don’t want to spend the next days in hospital because you decided to be an asshole instead of telling me straight up that you hate being touched in any way. But yeah yeah I get it, you don’t want to be anybodys bitch, Percy.”[11:56pm]”Trust me, if you had done more to him, I would’ve been a lot rougher to you. Understood? You might not get it with the hot air in your head and that big ass cold rock in your chest. Be offended all you want, the only person you should be mad about is yourself for being such a whiny little kid.”

A little weird to hear that from a different person and not from their own mouth. Even thought Yujin had a few talks with Abby about certain things,they still didn’t feel like she got what they actually meant with all the things they said. This expression of disappointment when Yujin laid out how hard it was to be Jacks friend...of course it sucked that it was so hard,but Yujin knew it was better if they told her instead of her running straight into hell.No amount of love would fix that kind of damage in the end. It was a bit frustrating...no..really frustrating that Yujin said so much and knew so little about her reasons. The reasons she had were 100% too privat to explain and to tell others. But there was one thing Yujin learnt when they finally found friends that would stay forever:Honesty and the truth was more important than anything else.How often did they tell a white lie and thought everything would be good only to see that these lies were ruining things. Being brutally honest was hard getting used to and hearing the truth was hard as well but it was better than just hearing sweet lies from someone who couldn’t be honest with you.While Yujin was a person who loved to show love and be showered by love,they felt incredibly uncomfortable when it came from a person they barely knew. And Abby was kind of a stranger. She knew a lot about other people. Just like Yujin,she picked up small things like favorite color and food,little habits. But was that really enough?Maybe in the beginning it was quite charming to see that someone pays attention,yeah...How badly Yujin wished to just give her a better chance of being their friend but if they were honest, Abby didn’t make it easy to them. Not because of her strong attachment to Jack.  Well...maybe a little. Seeing a rather cheerful and nice person on him all the time? Perhaps that was what he needed to get better...yeah these things crossed their mind and it was hard to get it off of these thoughts. In the end,it wasn’t really the reason why Yujin thought that Abby was a little sketchy in their eyes.“But that’s not what some people want from you,don’t you get it?”No yelling this time,despite their rather rough undertone in their voice.“Some people just want...honesty from you..and that you understand them. I know you try to make people feel good but I...I know that this isn’t all you need to do to win people over. Some people will use you if you are nice all the time,I’ve had friends who used my wealth and my naive side to get what they wanted. For a while...yeah they were my friends but dropped me once I started noticing this. And nobody should be just a toy for someone else. I’m sorry if I am too blunt right now or if I seem as if I am jealous...but no matter how much love you will give to me,no matter what you would do to be my friend...as long as I don’t know anything about you...anything at all..then I won’t shake this suspicious feeling in me.I don’t wanna know a tragic story.This is too personal...I know. And it takes time to open up...but you don’t need to be all happy and this all the time. We all are different...I am not always cheerful or sad...neither is Jack or May.However,we are all friends,I appreciate your effort but I simply can’t do it like this. I don’t want to end up hating you because you push me in a corner with all that love you have. It would be horrible.”

This girl was too nice..even when Yujin wasn’t really around...abby was nice even then.Usually,Yujin was careful with the people they let into their circle..or talked to in general after they’ve been betrayed and abandoned by many. Yujin loved to listen to the conversations these new people in their life had when they weren’t around....as expected...Abby didn’t say a bad word about them at all. Weird..Yujin was sure she would say something bad about them once they turned their back. Such bubbly people? They rarely were that bubbly once you were gone but no...Abby was probably just like that. A nice girl..and Yujin was a damn bitch deep inside. Jealousy wasn’t a big issue for them. They never had a reason to be jealous until Abby came around.She was nice and always happy unlike Yujin who became gloomy from time to time. What if she was just better than them in so many things? What if the others would grow to like her more than they liked Yujin?Why had everything to be hard work for them but for others it was so much easier.Yujin worked hard for what they had. Their mental health as well as their friends. Perhaps that all was lost one day because of a girl that was just so much better than Yujin. Comfortable in her own skin,comfortable with her life...He would probably like her more because she doesn’t add more and more problems onto his shoulders like they do with their paranoid behavior or OCD or other things.Their head began to hurt as soon as the thoughts multiplied in there. Every sound was hammering in their brain. Awful...awful...why didn’t she just stop talking for once?!Why didn’t she just stop being so awfully nice for once?! Then it would be easier to blame her for the whole situation...but right now....the only one Yujin really blamed was Yujin.
