feel like I'm connecting with my emotions for the first time since I was a very little kid. I did a lot of work in therapy on it and now I can actually cry when I'm sad which is Big News bc i never did that. anyway my nana is going to die and I can't even hug my mam bc we're living apart during this pandemic and I'm so upset, I won't even be able to go to her funeral and it's fucked. it's fucked!!!! this whole situation is so terrible and I feel like I'm grieving not just for myself but for the whole world. I miss my family and I'm just really, really sad.
