powers: has the power to manipulate the plants around him. he can make them grow, ripen, enlongate, shorten and move where he wants them to. this is considered one of the least powerful forms of magic and is used to delegate those with it to lives of hard work in the fields. Caster is also an orphan, so he was put to work with the other orphan kids at age 13. he lives in the agricultural sector, one of the last rings around the city Cercil before the forest.

wants to help move the other orphans in the sector out of work in the fields and into the society where they can learn and have a life worth living. feels it is his duty to look after others.
