I think if Jyn and Cassian ended up surviving and they were there witnessing the destruction of the Death Star and were joyous while celebrating it, they wouldn’t kiss just because they were caught in the moment. Their first kiss wouldn’t happen, not yet at least. Knowing those two, they wouldn’t rush into anything romantic. Their idea of romance is always the subtle hints. The audience would have to watch very closely to know it’s there.

So instead of a kiss, they would hug. When they first wrapped their arms around each other out of excitement and joy, I imagine them laughing and jumping gleefully. The hug would scream “We did it! You and me, together! We made it!”. But after the excitement faded, the hug would turn much softer. Their touch would be gentler and their smiles would show that they’re at peace, finally content. The embrace would include Jyn burying her face in Cassian’s neck, smiling. Cassian would do something similar. Their eyes might even be closed shut. Just like The Hug on the beach of Scarif. This one would show “I'm glad that we met. I’ve been through so much with you..”

And the hug would last long, every second spent on the embrace would be of them thinking about their sacrifices and friends’ deaths were actually worth it. The hug would look similar like Finn and Rey’s hug in TFA, so Beautiful™, so Pure™.
