Back from Hiatus | New Commission Options (4/22/26)
Guess who’s back~? Did you all missed me? lol
I took some well needed time off away from posting after my last update, and a lot has happened. It felt good not having to worry about constantly feeding the algorithms and what’s going on with the world while also focusing on my well being.
I was able to find myself a new job and during the course of these past few months I was able to pay off the last of my Christmas debt. It doesn’t pay weekly like my last job did, but it’s been giving me the time to get outside more, exercise a bit, and interact with some people outside of my home. It actually made me realize just how miserable I was pushing myself online and how burnt out I was when it came to drawing.
It got me notice that a lot of people’s issues really do stem from being chronically online, so much so to the point where they take things to the literal extreme. When I wasn’t posting or creating anything, I was spending time doing little things instead.
Throughout the course of my absence I managed to: finish my own Dungeons and Dragons campaign, replayed and finished some older titles from my video game backlog, I even learned how to jailbreak a Playstation TV. Just minor hobbies outside of art that really helped to keep my grounded and away from the constant turmoils of internet drama.
Needless to say, this hiatus was a much needed refresher. I also got to experience new things along the way, such as reading Death Note and hearing Epic the Musical for the first time. There’s a chance I’ll likely discuss more about the things I’ve done in a future chatting livestream as there’s a lot I really wanna talk about and I don’t wanna make another flood post again.
When the stream will happen may vary, since my new job does require me to be active in the mornings and afternoons, and my supervisor would occasionally call me for last minute shifts, so it can be hard to know when I’m fully free. (Curse me and my ill timing for that sort of thing lol) So until I can find a guaranteed date, I’ll be sure to notify you guys when it comes. _________________________
Now that I’m back into my artistic groove again, I do have some new content waiting to be shared. Expect a new Dubbing memes as Ashley Graves video some time by this month, as well as some new art pieces that has yet to be posted.
Speaking of which, I recently heard that DeviantArt is gonna be removing their commissions tab feature by the start of July this year. Which is the perfect time to tell you that I’ve recently taken the time to stretch my servicestowards my Ko-Fi, as well as my brand new VGen account. So now you guys have some new alternatives to directly commission me outside of using PayPal! I’m also throwing a promotion for those sites for where if you order now, you’ll receive a 15% discount on your first purchases!
This will likely be the last I’ll be promoting my commissions at this point in time, as I’ve grown tired of constantly shilling my work, and now that I have a job, I feel no need to continue doing it. Unless there’s a dire situation in where I’ll need more money, those that wanna commission me will now either have go towards these two sites or directly message me about them.
That’s all I’m gonna say. I’m aching to continue finishing Regain Control and do more voice work than ever, now that I’m close to reaching 1K on Youtube. I’ll be looking forward to what more this year has in store now that I’m in a much better mood than before, and hopefully you all are just as excited too! Until then terabytes!
