My alarm started chiming at 5:15 am this morning. I made a sound like an angry squirrel and turned it off fully prepared to just go back to sleep. 🙋🏻But when you tell your boyfriend you’re getting up early for a workout he will then push you until you roll out of the bed (the bed incidentally has begun making a horrendous noise as the wood flats bend. It totally fat shames us) 🙄 So there I was, logging into a Zoom webinar to workout at 5:30 am with other crazy people. I made it through our 25 min total body circuit and am super glad I did but DAMN. That much cardio before 7am has to break some sort of space time continuum rule. I am dripping sweat. 💦 But my workout for the day is DONE! That’s the part I love. Get some movement in today all! #progressnoterfection #morningworkout #cardiouch
