Ingredients: 1 box graham crackers about 14.4 oz. 1 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup light brown sugar. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the prepared pan, breaking them as needed to fit. In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers, spreading it with a spatula to coat. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the caramel layer. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from oven and use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly over the caramel layer. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy!
