Check out Woolf Studies Annual, a print-only academic journal whose back issues I started finding at a used bookstore + then ordered some of my own. I also love Virginia Woolf Miscellaney, a newsletter with essays from a variety of scholars on her life and work. For biographic stuff, The Unknown Virginia Woolf provides some interesting insight on the invention of her "Madness".
