          Peggy Carter can track a person down faster than most, and it's a learned skill, she'll admit. No one wakes up or is born with this amazing skill to track a person down as easily as he can, but there are people who are better than even she. So when she's given the assignment to track down the howling commando's she's a little surprised, but she understands why it's her.

          She's Steve's former flame, she was in an all right position with most of the names on the list. Her brown gaze skims over some names, pausing at others at fond memories, and completely skipping two names a J and a B at the front of their names. Regardless she has to decide on where to begin, and she chooses the one she's had the most contact with - Dum Dum. He hasn't been around the office, but that doesn't mean she can't track him. 

           It takes her approximately two hours to get a lead, it takes a day to get another lead, and finally a good idea about two days later. So she's on a flight, private, hidden to the location where she approaches with caution. She doesn't know what to expect from Dugan, but she has to go in with a level head and the idea that he won't harm her, but to be ready for the worst.

[ . . . she probably doesn't, no. Shh, Peggy, it's fine -- this one was just better. That's all. Better.]

"Fucking…" It’s all Rebel can do not to scream as the liquor meets the fresh wound — spilling into the open cavity. Then again, it does give him a new sort of pain to concentrate on. "I was drinking that." There was also that. 

Whiskey. Best Southern painkiller he knew of. Best anything he knew of. Whiskey was kind of the Southern solution to everything. That and Bourbon. And if Dugan did not hand his bottle back, he was going to…

Ooooh. He was getting a little woozy. Maybe killing Dugan would have to wait a bit. Til he was a bit more sober and a bit less ouchy.

It was astounding how quickly rookie agents could scatter when they thought there was going to be legitimate bloodshed in the corridor — partly because they were afraid that they’d be stuck filling out the paperwork for it. So yeah…when Dugan let into Bex not fifteen minutes after the girl disembarked her transport, they ran. And ran far. No one wanted to be trapped in the middle of that.

She had been overseas…Eastern Europe to be exact. Nrosvekistan. It had been the kind of mission that called for Bex’s expertise. They had needed someone who could blend in, who wouldn’t look out of place aboard the train. Someone who could hang out in the bar areas, drinking and listening for vital information. Information that would give them a lead on the two Nazi scientists and the information they were carrying.

What no one expected was for those scientist to actually be on that train. And for their cargo to also be aboard. Seems they were on their way to personally deliver said cargo into the hands of their goose stepping friends. So, of course, when she found this out, she had to move. And yes…she had back up on the train. But they were at the other end and she had a limited window, so she went for it.

She went for it and she pursued them and in her pursuit, she almost fell from the top of the speeding train.The only reason she didn’t was back up arrived at the last moment, grabbing her.

She did have a messed up knee and a twisted ankle to show for it. Along with several other bruises and slight case of trauma. Trains. They were not a good memory for her. And the fact that she….

Once recovered, the first words out of her mouth had been “this never happened.” She wanted it in no reports. Nowhere where the Commandos could find out.

Apparently that hadn’t happened.

Clint heard the door open over the sound of the running water, and he smirked as he stuck his head out from the curtain. "You're not even slightly subtle, you know," he teased, winking at Dugan. "I saw you eyeing me up the minute I said I was going to grab a post-mission soakdown."
