This photo was taken in March 2017 when I took an overnight Amtrak train from Chicago to Cleveland (my birthplace) via the Capitol Limited. The train goes all the way to the nation’s capital, stopping at towns and cities in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia, although I only rode part of this route before disembarking at Cleveland at 2 in the morning. This experience and my passion for rail travel has me inclined to travel across the country on the rails.
