 I was recently reminded yet again of the extraordinary benefits and transformational shifts that occur when we take time to witness the infinite beauty and glory of sunrises & sunsets ♡  It never ceases to lift my spirits & always fills me with a newfound sense of peace, inspiration, and wonder 🕊️ especially if I’ve been inside for most of the day 🙏 It helps realign us and our circadian rhythm, which helps us sleep better, it slows down time thus allowing us to be more present in this sacred most precious now, and activates gratitude within our hearts for being alive on this breathtaking Earth we get to call home for a while 🙏🙏🙏
