#cannot live without

When someone in a drama says to the other, “Do you have space in your heart for me?” or “I do not have space in my heart for anyone else” or something like that.

I sit back and think.....They are so right, I don’t have space in my heart either.

My space has been taken up by my love too....People call my love food...

It’s the greatest love of my life, for I cannot live without him...

photo prompt day 13: “cannot live without”

So I went a bit literal with this prompt... but living on farms (and also out of a suitcase) for the past 6 months and not always having much control over what food/living situation/bathroom situation/etc. I was provided with, has shown me that I can make do without many material things that I previously depended on. Wearing the same outfit all week is totally acceptable. Peeing outside without toilet paper, do-able. No oven, no toaster, no microwave, okay. Broken laptop, broken Kindle, broken hot water bottle, broken (burnt to smithereens) heat pack, broken shower flip-flops, broken hairbrush... fine. Even if I would prefer to have said things to make life more comfortable (flushable indoor toilets are a personal fave), I know that they are “luxuries,” and that it is totally possible to survive without. In fact, I have actually been pretty lucky and have had or been given more than enough to get by during my travels. Even if I complain sometimes, I know there are people with much less. Water, however... that I need. (Glass and ice cube optional though. ;))
