i've-- taken only one japanese class last semester! it was a helpful, much-delayed and much-needed foundation .. xD before that, i've mainly just been doing self study, but no text books or anything haha.
mainly it just started from anime/manga (watching things subbed instead of dubbed) .. and later j-pop/j-drama/general j-entertainment business? xD so without really "studying," i've learned a lot of japanese somehow? haha-- i'm still far from fluent though! i constantly have to look up words and kanji .. and try to piece together the grammar. ; w;
