This is the first time I've drew and painted a Shabbat atmosphere and posted it publicly…

just putting it here with excitement

because it came out of me somehow…

it demanded to get out.✨

So on last Thursday I came across a random childhood song on YouTube, which took me back years in time, to kindergarten…

How I used to look forward to Fridays, to being a “Shabbat Mother” and handing out candy to the kids just before we left home…

and the special smell of cleaning supplies filled the air, and the smell of the neighbors' challah filled the entire building…

The entire street would fill with processions of people wearing white clothes and greeting each other "Shabbat Shalom and blessed."

That's what ONE childhood song did for me.

And this is the picture my emotional system created when this song played in the background.✨🤍
