A Silver Sage Wedding Teaser in Coldstream, BC

Good gosh.

What a weekend! Shooting with Image Studios over the weekend (All I have to say is WOW that girl has some talent!) If you have a chance, head over to Fiona’s blog and see her take on this wedding.

Speaking of instagram, holy. Has it ever blown up! Average 100 likes per a photo! It’s all because of your hard work, loyal readers and students. I can’t thank you enough or all of your nice comments and likes. I seriously feel like a celebrity every time I wake up. <3

Did you know I’m also a fearless photographer? Although my application to Magnum got rejected, I’m more than happy to call the other fearless photographers in Calgary, Seattle, and Vancouver my friends.

Settings by Vintage Origami. Wow did they ever outdo themselves. I can’t imagine a better combo than Vintage Origami and Silver Sage Stables. And us, of course!

On our way….

We went out into the back after the ceremony to grab a few more shots. It was green, but fortunately my allergies were kept at bay. One of the groomsmen gave me some allergy medication, I had left mine in my car, and we were driving Fiona’s car around.

Whipped out the prism for this. Do you think I’d really forget something so imporant? No way. Gonna grab some more pretty soon. Got my eyes on this one.

  Fun note – normally in a teaser I include like four images. I might have gone a little nuts.

But can you blame me?

Everything about this wedding was perfect. What you’re witnessing is one of the best two light setups I’ve ever done. That’s a slave flash back there. It’s complicated, but rewards. Like most things in life.

  It’s a rookie mistake to concentrate on the bride. Each of the wedding guests were having their own special moments. Here, we had a torrential downpour and someone didn’t mind the rain one bit! ;-D

And the rain paused for long enough for us to get a few more shots.

The dark was coming quickly. Time to do inventory on the equipment and head home.

These two lovebirds kept on being in love. <3
