Campaign Update September 2017
In June 2017, Judge Rex Burlison delayed Reggie's trial until January of 2018. It was discovered that the Missouri Attorney General’s office, who is prosecuting Reggie’s case, had been listening in on his legal calls. This is a serious client/attorney confidentiality violation.
In July 2017, a Special Master Judge was assigned, and will be overseeing the aforementioned issue. The Special Master Judge will determine whether or not the state violated Reggie's attorney-client privilege.
